This recipe creates a delicious gravy without any extra work on your part, but it doesn’t make a lot. If you’d like to make sure there’s plenty of gravy, you can add an extra can of cream of chicken soup and a little chicken broth when you start cooking the chops.

FAQs
One of the main reasons meat gets dry is that it’s cooked too long. Check your pork chops after 6 hours and if the meat has reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit with a meat thermometer, it’s done and ready to serve.
Another way to cook pork chops without drying them out is to choose bone-in pork chops. The bone will help prevent overcooking.
You definitely can put raw pork in a slow cooker, but searing each side will provide more flavor. It’s an extra step, but worth it in the end!
