Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, preferably bone-in
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 12 ounces cooked egg noodles or rice

  • Brown pork chops in a greased frying pan over medium heat. (You're not cooking the chops through, but rather searing each side briefly for extra flavor.)
  • Sprinkle each pork chop with some salt and pepper and place them in the Crock Pot.
  • Pour cream of chicken soup over the pork chops and cover with the lid.
  • Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until pork is no longer pink.
