ITALIAN SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

Ingredients

Spaghetti Sauce – Garlic, minced – Olive oil – Tomato paste – Tomato sauce – Dried mint, basil, parsley – Salt and pepper to taste Meatballs – Hamburger – Salt and pepper – Bread crumbs – Egg – Dried mint, basil, parsley

Brown garlic and mix sauce

Brown garlic in olive oil and then add the tomato paste, sauce, water and spices. Stir well.

Make meatballs

Mix all of the meatball ingredients and form into 16 balls. Fry in olive oil until browned on all sides.

Simmer sauce and meatballs

Add meatballs to the sauce and allow both to simmer for 4-5 hours.

Serve

Serve meatballs and sauce over a warm bed of spaghetti.
