Chicken Power Bowl with Roasted Veggies 

Ingredients

Prep sweet potatoes

Peel, wash, and chop sweet potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.

Prep broccoli & cauliflower

Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast veggies at 425 degrees.

Cook wild rice

Prepare wild rice according to package directions. Add sliced almonds.

Cook chicken

Fry chicken in pan with lemon pepper seasoning.

Assemble bowls

Assemble the bowls with lettuce first and then broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, chicken, and wild rice.
