Brown ground beef (or ground turkey) in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Drain the grease and then add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion powder, and salt and pepper to the meat. Stir well.
Reduce heat to low and let meat mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, wash and chop romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
Once the meat is done, spread 1 tortilla with 1 tablespoon of mayo and mustard, to taste. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, and pickle on one side of the tortilla.
Top the veggies with the meat mixture and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
Starting from the edge, roll each tortilla up burrito-style. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat the pan to medium-low heat and carefully place 2 wraps on at a time, with the seam-side down.
Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until the tortilla has browned (you can place a small baking sheet on the wraps to keep them pressed while they cook).
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
