Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

Roast tomatoes

Pour olive oil over tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Bake until cherries start to burst.

Mix dip

Add feta, cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender and pulse until smooth.

Add pine nuts

Add pine nuts to the tomatoes and spread in an even layer. Return pan to the oven to finish roasting.

Serve

Top the dip with a swirl of honey, roasted tomatoes and pine nuts, and some salt and pepper.
