CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE WITH MAYO
– Chicken breasts, thawed and trimmed of fat – Frozen broccoli – Cream of chicken soup – Mayonnaise – Lemon juice – Milk – Pepper – Paprika – Grated Parmesan cheese
Cook chicken and broccoli
Cook chicken as desired (pan-fried, shredded, or boiled). Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Layer in dish
Place chicken in a 9x13 casserole dish and layer broccoli on top.
Top with sauce and bake
Combine sauce ingredients and pour on top of casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
