Cheesy Chicken Linguine

– Linguine – Boneless chicken breasts, thawed and trimmed of fat – Butter – Cream of chicken soup – Italian diced tomatoes – Shredded cheddar cheese – Salt & pepper, to taste

Ingredients

Melt butter

Dice chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and heat butter in a large skillet until melted.

Cook chicken

Add chicken pieces to the butter and brown until thoroughly cooked. Remove and keep warm.

Deglaze skillet

Add cream of chicken soup and a little tomato juice from the Italian diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir well.

Add cheese

Add cheese and the rest of the tomatoes and stir until the sauce is creamy.

Finish sauce

Add chicken into the sauce and heat through. Serve warm over cooked linguine.
