Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

Mix meat

Gently combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, green onion, ginger,  pineapple juice, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Cook burgers

Cook burgers for 6-7 minutes. Flip burgers and cook until meat is  no longer pink (about 10-12 minutes total).

Cook pineapple

Heat pineapple rings in a frying pan over low heat, basting each side with the remaining Teriyaki sauce.

Assemble

Serve burgers on toasted buns spread with mayonnaise. Top each patty with a pineapple ring.
