Ingredients

โ€“ Flour tortillas โ€“ Sour cream โ€“ Cream of chicken soup โ€“ Diced green chiles โ€“ Cooked, shredded chicken โ€“ Shredded Monterey Jack cheese โ€“ Shredded cheddar cheese

Soften tortillas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and soften tortillas in warm oven.

Mix sauce

While the tortillas are warming, mix sour cream, chicken soup, and green chiles.

Fill tortillas

Fill each tortilla with some sauce, cheese, and chicken.

Roll enchiladas

Roll each enchilada tightly and fill a 9x13 pan.

Bake

Top enchiladas with remaining sauce and cheese and bake for 3o minutes.
