HONEY MUSTARD SAUSAGE KABOBS

Ingredients

– Red potatoes – Zucchini  – Yellow summer squash  – Water – Kielbasa – Cooked rice – Honey – Dijon mustard – Orange juice

Steam potatoes

Combine potatoes and water. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes.

Steam zucchini

Combine zucchini, yellow squash, and water; cover tightly and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.

Make glaze

While the vegetables are cooking, combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.

Assemble skewers

Once the vegetables are tender, alternate veggies and meat on metal skewers and brush with glaze.

Grill

Place on a grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating occasionally.
