Crock Pot Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients

Brown pork chops

Brown pork chops in a lightly greased frying pan.

Cut potatoes

While pork chops are browning, wash and cut red potatoes.

Layer meat and potatoes

Place potatoes in the bottom of Crock Pot and put pork chops on top.

Add spices

Sprinkle the pork chops with dried rosemary, dried chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

Top with soup

Mix cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms with in a small bowl and pour over pork chops.

Cook

Cover Crock Pot and cook until meat and potatoes are tender.
