TRI COLOR PASTA SALAD
– Tri-color pasta – Sliced pepperoni – Large carrots – Red onion – Broccoli head – Olives – Italian salad dressing – Shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain once done. Place in refrigerator to cool.
15 minutes before serving, cut pepperoni, carrots, onion, and broccoli and add to pasta.
Mix in dressing and cheese
Mix in dressing and cheese and serve.
