Healthy Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

Cook ground turkey

Brown ground turkey in a large soup pot until no longer pink and all of the liquid has cooked off.

Add spices and liquids

Stir in spices, tomato paste, tomatoes, and chicken broth. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Cook noodles

While the soup is simmering, cook bowtie pasta according to package directions.

Add noodles to soup

When noodles are done cooking, drain and add to the soup. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
