GRILLED BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN
– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Balsamic vinaigrette dressing – Large tomato – Fresh basil – Shredded mozzarella cheese – Bottled balsamic glaze
Place chicken in a bag with dressing and marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill chicken on medium heat for 6 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, prepare bruschetta in small bowl.
Flip chicken to the other side and cook until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Top with cheese.
Top with bruschetta
Top each chicken with some bruschetta and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
