Instructions
Add chicken breasts to the bottom of a 7-quart Crock Pot.
Pour cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and dry Italian dressing mix over the chicken. Cube cream cheese and drop evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the Crock Pot, shred, and return to the sauce. Stir everything together to combine. Salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve over your favorite pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
