Ingredients

  • 16 ounce cheddar cheese block
  • 8 Triscuit Thin Crisps crackers
  • ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 8 Chicken in a Biskit crackers

Instructions

  • Slice the block of cheddar cheese in half so you have 2 thinner rectangles.
  • Arrange 4 Triscuit Thin Crisps crackers on the cheese half so they all fit and then cut out a triangle of cheese to fit each cracker.
  • Repeat with the other rectangle of cheese.
  • Spoon the whipped cream cheese into a piping bag with a star tip.
  • Pipe a small line of cream cheese on each Triscuit cracker and place the cheese triangle on top. Then pipe some cream cheese onto the bottom of the Chicken in a Biskit crackers and press it on the back of the triangle so it's standing up.
  • Add a small dot of cream cheese to the top of each cheese and cracker pie to look like whipped cream.
