Raspberry Pretzel Salad

– pretzels – sugar – butter – cream cheese – whipped topping – crushed pineapple – raspberry Jello – water – frozen raspberries

Ingredients

Make crust

Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter until mixture starts to stick together.

Bake crust

Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Bake for 6-7 minutes.

Make cream cheese layer

Beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple.

Spread on crust

Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the pretzel crust all the way to the edges of the pan.

Add Jello layer

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add frozen raspberries. Pour onto cream cheese layer and allow to firm up in refrigerator.
