Pumpkin Dinner Rolls

– sugar – yeast – water – milk – salt – canned pumpkin – oil – flour

Ingredients

Dissolve yeast

Dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast in warm water and set aside.

Mix ingredients

Combine yeast mixture with wet ingredients in a mixer bowl. Slowly add flour until a ball forms.

Form rolls

Let the dough rise until doubled and roll into 24 balls.

Cover the pans and allow to rise again.

Bake

Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then brush with butter.
