No-Knead Crescent Rolls

– butter – water – sugar – salt – flour – baking powder – yeast

Ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, beat together melted butter, water, sugar, and egg.

Mix dry ingredients

In a separate mixing bowl, gently mix together salt, flour, baking powder, and instant dry yeast.

Combine and let rise

Combine both mixtures and let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Form rolls and let rise again

Roll out the dough and form into crescents. Cover and let rise for another 30-60 minutes.

Bake and brush with butter

Bake for 10-14 minutes. Once cool, brush with butter.
