MUSHROOM SWISS CHICKEN BAKE

Ingredients

– Chicken breasts, thawed and trimmed of fat – Whole mushrooms  – Shredded Swiss cheese – Cream of mushroom soup – Sour cream – Chicken broth – Grated Parmesan cheese – Cooked white rice

Cube chicken

Cube chicken and place in a 9x13 baking dish.

Add mushrooms and cheese

Sprinkle the chicken with mushrooms and cheese.

Mix sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients and spread over the chicken.

Bake

Bake the casserole for 50 minutes and finish with Parmesan cheese.
