– russet potatoes – onion – baby carrots – roast – salt – pepper – olive oil – beef broth – powdered brown gravy

Layer vegetables

Chop the potatoes and onion and layer in Crock Pot with carrots.

Brown roast

Season roast with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in frying pan.

Cook

Place roast in Crock Pot, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.

Make gravy
