Chocolate Ganache Mint Brownies

Ingredients

Melt chocolate and butter

in microwave-safe bowl.

Add sugar and eggs and mix well.

Add dry ingredients

and mix just until flour disappears.

Pour batter into prepared pan

and bake for 20-25 minutes.

While brownies are baking,

mix powdered sugar, butter, milk, and extract.

Once brownies are cool,

spread mint frosting over the top. Chill until set.

Melt butter and baking chocolate

in microwave and spread across cooled frosting.
