Can I freeze pumpkin puree?
Yes!
The best way is to spray some muffin tins with cooking spray and scoop 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup amounts into the cups. Pop the pan into the freezer and once the mounds are solid, you can transfer them to a freezer safe plastic bag.
Frozen pumpkin puree will keep indefinitely in the freezer, but is best when used within 3 months.
