I love celebrating special occasions, but I’ve never been one to make a big deal of the first day of school.
However, this year, I wanted to step up my game and really create a fun time for my kids.
This back to school charcuterie board was a hit with my kiddos and so easy to make! Not only is the snack board visually appealing, but it’s also packed with all the nutrients kids need to refuel after a long day at school.
This recipe works because it’s:

FAQs
You can prep the food for your board anytime you’d like before your kids get home from school. You can slice the cheese and keep it in the fridge and even have all of the other foods laid out and ready to go.
You just don’t want any fresh fruits or cheese to sit out for too long at room temperature, so wait to put those one until right before you’re ready to serve.
